Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.  This website reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing Sensate Me with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.

Australia

Orders under $100 are delivered for $10,  orders over $100 are delivered for free.

The estimated timeframes for standard delivery is 2 – 5 days.

 

International

We routinely deliver to the United States, Europe, Canada with a flat rate of $30, along with New Zealand for a flat rate of $20.  If you are outside of these area please contact us for further information.

The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is around 1 week.

 

Timeframe

We make every effort to dispatch  all orders within 4 business days after purchase. If we experience higher order volume or are in a sales period, there may be delays in dispatch of an additional 14 days, on top of regular timeframes.

Orders are dispatched and shipped on business days only (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Melbourne public holidays).

 

TRACKING

All orders are managed by reputable courier or postal services to ensure your carefully chosen products can be fully tracked from when they leave our premises, through transit until delivery.

You will receive the tracking information for your gorgeous products once your order have been processed and ready for delivery. If you would like to receive sms notifications, and this is a feature of the delivery service, please enter a mobile phone number into your details, as this can be very handy and also builds the gorgeous anticipation.

We purposefully utilise reliable services to create a positive and relaxed shopping  experience for you.

 

Location

All orders will be delivered to the address designated, provided the address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We will assist with any claims with the carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Sensate Me is not responsible for the courier or postal services  delivering to the incorrect address or for collection centres signing parcels over to the incorrect recipient.

 

Lost or stolen

Sensate Me is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please check your address carefully as your orders will be shipped to the address designated. If your product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you are charged with the responsibility of the error and additional shipping fees will apply. We recommend you supply a secure delivery address.

 

Signature

Sensate Me may require a signature from the product purchaser on receipt of all deliveries, if stipulated by the customer and is a feature in the delivery service. In this instance we do not leave parcels with alternate people or at a premises if the purchaser is not at the home or office. If items are not delivered and signed for on the initial delivery, you are responsible for organising redelivery and/or collection of your order.

Loyalty

Sense Points

The amount of Sense Points allocated from our Loyalty Program are entered in the shopping cart or checkout.  The Sense Points need to be applied to the purchase, before the final payment for your products are made, to redeem the points and receive the price reduction.

Sense Points are only redeemable at the online retail store of www.sensateme.com.

The number of Sense Points to be redeemed within any purchase can be chosen within any purchase. The only limitation is the number of Sense Points that have been earned from previous purchases.  Sense Points are allocated to your account after an order have been fully completed.

If the total order exceeds the redeemable balance of Sense Points the remaining amount of the transaction must to paid for from either a merchant card or PayPal.

Sense Points are not able to purchase gift cards.

Purchases made with Sense Points may be excluded from any other sales, promotions and discounts offered by Sensate Me.

Sense Points cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.

 

Expiry

Any gift card purchased from Sensate Me will expire 12 months after the original date of  purchase. Dates of Sense Points allocation and expiry are noted in your personal account details and can be accessed at anytime.

Expired Sense Points are not redeemable and Sense Points will not be refunded or credited when expired.

There will be no refunds or credits on the amount of Sense points redeemed once the purchased has been finalised, with no exclusions or exceptions.

 

Shipping

The standard delivery rates apply for all items purchased with a gift card with no exclusions.

Sensate Me reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and awarding of Sense Points if there is suspicion of any fraud relating to an account or purchase, and may refuse to redeem and suspend any account and remaining Sense Points, until satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

Sensate Me reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions include, but not limited to, all purchases that pertain to ‘Sense Points’, ‘points’, ‘Loyalty Program’ or ‘loyalty’, with no exceptions or exclusions.

 

Gifting

Sensate Me may provide a gift of Sense Points to any person with the value, frequency and rationale of our own choice, with no predetermined criteria or obligation.

Use of gift card

The gift card code is entered in the shopping cart or checkout.  The gift card code needs to be applied to the purchase, before the final payment for your products is made, to receive the price reduction.

Sensate Me gift cards are only redeemable at the online retail store of www.sensateme.com.

The entire balance of the gift card needs to be redeemed within one transaction. Any remaining funds available will be transferred to Sensate Me.

GIFTING

Sensate Me may provide a gift to any person with the value, frequency and rationale of our own choice, with no predetermined criteria or obligation.

If there is a nominated and a nominee for a gift, the details surrounding the nomination will be provided by the nominee, and a written story will be created in consultation with the parties. The final version of the story will not be published if either party does not want this to occur, yet a gift cannot be issued or provided.  The story will be published across all digital channels, once Sensate Me has obtained final written or verbal approval from both parties, with no exclusions. Unfortunately, there is no opportunity for the story to be removed from the vast digital space once the details are publicised.

Therefore we state that when a person is issued and accepts a gift from Sensate Me, after a story pertaining to their personal circumstances has been digitally disseminated, both the nominated and the nominee parties immediately provide and acknowledge full knowledge and consent of the publication, and both waiver any legal right for recompense due to change of mind or circumstance at any time in the future.

Sensate Me sells a variety of health and wellbeing products, including skin/bodycare, essential oils and intimate products. Please take note of any contraindications accompanying all products, familiarise yourself with essential oil usage best practice and use products only in the way specified. However we ask that you please choose your purchases with care as Sensate Me does not facilitate returns and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. We are unable to resell returned items due to our strong commitment to maintaining the highest integrity of our products for current and future customers. This ensures that both you and our other gorgeous customers receive the finest quality products with each and every purchase.

We are fully invested in making your Sensate Me customer experience fulfilling in every way possible. We welcome the opportunity to discuss our processes with you and if you have any queries about making purchases, or our refund/exchange and shipping policies, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

 

Faulty Items

We go to great lengths to ensure that every product we send to our customers is of the highest quality and appears as described and pictured in our online shop.

However, if your item is faulty, Sensate Me will happily refund, exchange or provide a credit in lieu of your original purchase.

We require email notification of any faults within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and ask that you include detailed photo evidence. This tight timeframe is so we can notify and liaise with both our suppliers,shipping and delivery services. Adhering to this timeframe means we can offer you their full assistance and protection as we will be honouring their terms and conditions.

Upon the receipt of your email, we will send an email confirming the correspondence for your records. We will then commence an investigation with all relevant third party suppliers and shipping service. We will endeavour to provide a final and considered response on how we can proceed with your claim within 7 to 14 days.

Upon the receipt of a confirmatory email from us to proceed with the returns process, the item must be sent back within 7 days of this notification to be eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

Please ensure that all goods returned to us still have original tags on the item, and are in an unused condition. Your order number and proof of purchase receipt must also be included in any returns. If the item is not received in the condition noted above, we will have to send back to you in the condition we received and take no further action.

Sensate Me is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using a registered and insured service mail.

Pending confirmation of the fault(s), Sensate Me will happily refund for all postage costs accrued.

Once we have received your item and confirmed the fault, a replacement will be sent to you. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. This timeframe allows us to discuss the matter fully with our own suppliers.

As there is constant turn-over of products, we may not be able to provide an exact replacement of a faulty item. However, in this event, we will happily offer a credit note or a full refund.

 

Damages

We go to great lengths with our packing process and choice of courier to ensure every product arrives to our customers safe, sound and with no damage.

The courier services used do not offer complimentary insurance for your order. Therefore, we are unable and are not required to take responsibility for any damages incurred once your product has left our headquarters. If you have received a product that you believe has been damaged in transit, please follow the faulty returns process so that we can liaise with our third party shipping service.

We require email notification of any damages within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and ask that you include detailed photo evidence. This tight timeframe is so we can notify and liaise with both our suppliers, shipping and delivery services. We have to meet their stipulated timeframes to ensure full cooperation from these third parties. Adhering to this timeframe means we can offer you their full assistance and protection as we will be honoring their terms and conditions. Please note the 24 hours notification period to us is crucial to an optimum outcome.

From time to time, we will combine, match up or link information about an individual obtained from different sources. These include Facebook, Linkedin, Active Campaign and Google Analytics.
